Hi! I've just tried logging in to check my seats on virgin atlantic, and it says

We're sorry, we cannot retrieve your booking due to a change in the scheduled flight times. Please confirm this change with your travel agent or tour operator. Once confirmed please return to this website and try again.:confused3

Does this mean any seats I saved will be lost? And do I need to contact Virgin Hols? What has changed to the flights. VS05 from Manchester

No, your seating requests shouldn't be affected. It's just that they have changed the time of your flight, and this is there way of getting you to contact them so they know you are aware of the change in times. It happened to us last year, and again this year, after we'd made our seat requests. Both times, the seat requests have remained once we were allowed back into our booking after calling Virgin. The only time seat requests will change is if they change the plane and it has a new setup.
 
Yes, this happened to us a few weeks back - I panicked and thought we'd lost our seats but after a quick call to Virgin (and a 10 minutes later flight change!) they re confirm your flight and you can then get back in to the booking.
