Hi guys,

We're hoping to book our international flights either this month or possibly at the start of 2007. Had a few quick questions that we hoped you could answer. Basically, is it possible to do this?

We will be flying internationally with Virgin Atlantic, into Las Vegas and out of Orlando Int'l. We will have a seperately booked internal US flight into Orlando Int'l. We're planning on using Magical Express to transfer us from MCO to our resort, which we hope will be the BCV, this leg of the journey shouldn't be a problem.

For our return flight, would it be possible to:
- Check out of BCV, take our cases on a Disney bus to DTD and check in there with Virgin.
- Spend the rest of the day doing whatever we want around WDW, keeping our hand luggage with us.
- Return to BCV in time to catch the Magical Express back to MCO which can then take us to the airport without our cases.

As always, all advice appreciated!

I am sure it's possible although I'd probably get a taxi to DTD with the bags rather than have to carry them on and off the Disney buses. :)

There is a charge though at DTD as you are not flying with Virgin Holidays I think it is £5 each person?

I'm pretty sure you're not allowed to take your cases on the Disney buses (I'm sure it was in the hotel blurb at CBR). Can you not leave your bags at BCV ? If so, just check-in online the night before, leave your bags at the hotel, come back to BCV and take the magical express.

The only downside of Magical express is that for International flights they do want to take you to the airport a long time before you really want to go, especially if you already got rid of your luggage. And if they are delayed for any reason and you have your luggage it can be a mite worrysome!

This is how I did it this september, caught a taxi down to dtd, put my luggage on keeping hand luggage. Spent the day in DTD got back to the hotel got the ME to the airport pottered about did a bit of duty free shopping and caught the plane home.
