Virgin Atlantic - Crochet Hook

Hi,

Anyone know if you can take plastic crochet hook into the cabin? Just teaching myself and think it could keep me entertained for a few hours on board

Can't find anything on site but then I guess it's more an airport security question.

You might be ok with it being plastic but definitely not a metal one, you can't even take a metal nail file. I think to be sure you will have to phone up and ask. I suppose it could be seen as dangerous but people could just as easily be stabbed with pens and pencils and they still let you take those.

As said plastic should be fine, metal I would say same as scissors, see rule below. Maybe ring or email VA to confirm.

Scissors (scissors with blunt/round-ended blades, metal or plastic, less than 6cm in length or scissors with metal blades and pointed tips under 3cms are permitted).
