I know that Virgin like to know the address of where you are staying on your first night in the USA and they have previously asked us for that info when we check in. I think they pass it onto the US Authorities.

When I went onto their (VA) website yesterday, I selected the Additional Passenger Information (API) area, then I selected Flydrive from the dropdown menu, I was expecting to put our address in as we know where we are staying but there wasn't any option to input the address, it just asked for passport info only.

We intend to checkin online and I just wondered if anyone else had any problems using the flydrive option with Virgin or US Authorities.

Thanks in advance :)

Can you choose the 'staying in the US' option and then input the address that way you know you are covered :thumbsup2

Think the flydrive option is for those that are doing a 'proper' fly drive and only staying in the same place for a couple of days with the accomodation not necessarily pre-booked.

I always fill in Flydrive, never had a problem but I know others put staying in US.
It matters more on ESTA than API as this is what will eventually replace the green form off the plane where you fill in 1st nights accomodation, although I have not looked at the ESTA website yet.

Staying a WDW Polynesian Resort for first 3 nights and a villa the rest of our stay. I have inputted the address details ok on ESTA, which is where it counts. We have booked and paid for a fly-drive holiday, so I think I might chance it.

Thanks for all your replies
