VIP tour question

For Florida...we cheer when our guide pulls up in the morning, everyone gets a hug, and there are hugs and tears again when we say goodbye at the end of the day. We saw him multiple times this past trip and he always says hello and gives us a hug, even when he is with someone else. He even said he would be hurt if he didn't say hi, and we said the same thing. My kids think of him as a beloved uncle that they only get to see once/year. Every time we have been out with him he has seen someone else he has toured with in the parks and it's always a happy reunion for them as well. It's so great to see.
