VIP code/badge?

Hi, I am kind of new to the DIS, but can someone answer my question? Is there a code to get the VIP badge (the one that appears with the Here from Day 1, community leader, and staff) If there is a code, what does anyone want for the code? I have some costume parts for trade for the code.
