Violinist requests for walking down aisle??

Anyone know if they will play anything (granted you provide them with sheet music in advance)??

There's a song that we would love to have the violinist play when we walk down the aisle, but it's certainly not a traditional wedding song, or even a popular song. Do you know if they will be open to that or do you have to choose from a preselected list? It's a beautiful song and sounds just lovely on the violin.

We were able to purchase some sheet music and provide it and our violinist played it without issue. We did check with our Planner first!

Ifound the sheet music to Kingdom Hearts for the violinist for my walk down theaisle.

I was just told that whatever they don't know, you'd have to provide sheet music for. I certain wasn't told that there were certain songs they wouldn't play. I used Somewhere Over the Rainbow, but during the ceremony we also played Eternal Flame and some other non-traditional songs.

Caryn had the violinist play the theme from Star Trek the Next Generation. It was awesome!!!

yes i did! i called my planner first to see if this was even an option and she checked with disney entertainment and they said it was fine as long as i provided the music. i bought music for piano in C or something like that and it was awesome. our violinist said that was the weirdest thing he had ever been asked to play!
