Vinagrette salad dressing on a silk blend sweater - cleaning tips?

Im wearing a new sweater today - its a silk blend Ralph Lauren and I am sure my Mom paid way too much for it. My container of Light Done Right Raspberry vinagrette exploded all over it. Any cleaning tips? It hasnt been washed yet since I just got it - washing instructions are hand wash cold with mild soap. I have some Woolite - I also have some Oxyclean. Would that be better? Thanks for your help!

I often get "oil based" salad dressing on shirts and I read a great tip for them awhile ago. Put cornstarch on the stain as soon as you can after getting it. (in other words, not right before it goes in the wash) I've never tried it on a silk blend but I don't think it would hurt. The cornstarch helps to absorb the oil off of the clothing.

Will the dry cleaners be able to take care of a sweater set that says hand wash only? If so I will go right now - I have another shirt at work that I can put on.
