Villas at Fortune Place and Sky Auction. Please Help!

What do you know about this place? I am watching an auction for them for 7 days it's currently at 1 dollar. no one as bid on it and the only other charge besides the room rate is 195. here is the auction link. please help me with this as i have never used sky auction before.

Go to tripadvisor.com... do a search for reviews... doesn't look too good.
You couldn't pay me to stay there.

I havent heard the greatest things about the place and its also pretty far out..(like distance I mean!)
