villains after hours tickets--any way to transfer?

I bought Villains after hours tickets for the end of May, but now we will probably have to cancel our trip due to DH health issues that have developed. Is there any way at all to get that money back, either through transfer to another couple or a refund? I got them with our DVC discount and was wondering if maybe DVC could help?

I would call Disney and ask. Technically tickets are not refunded, but I know Disney is usually willing to work with people and are very understanding. I am not sure about transferring the tickets if they are linked to an MDE account though.

It really depends, honestly. Once, we had MNNSHP tickets and my brother who was to go with us, he was military, got deployed at the last minute several months before he was suposed to. They refunded me his ticket.

VAH tickets attached to your MDE profile can be transferred/assigned to other individuals on your friends/family list.

Also agree with the above, while tickets are technically nonrefundable, they are generally accommodating in unfortunate situations. Any refund may be in the form of a Disney gift card or ticket for something else, but at least it’s something if that’s what they offer.
