Can anyone give me any information about a special price for villas for $169. I know I saw this somewhere, but now cannot find the info. Does anyone know about this? What villas is the price for? What are the dates? Is there a general code? Thanks in advance.

you might be referring to the room only price in the specials section of the disney web site. If you go into specials, select the room only deal and put that you want to be in the villas (ssr and okw are the ones offered I think...) then a studio price will appear for 169 per night during the late fall months.

I think maybe you mean the $169 rate in the Annual Passholder deal info, like this under the "Discounts" section on DIS:
