Villa Rentals ADVICE NEEDED!

Ok, we're ready to pull our hair out (I think this might be a common feeling in a first time villa hunt).

Searching through all these villas is exhausting! Our "wants" have increased - the more we see these villas, the more we want - finding the "perfect" one is eluding us - well, there's one candidate but after several inquiries I still haven't heard from the home owner.

Anyway, I know this has been posted before but what villa/search companies have you found to be the easiest to navigate?

We want to be in the closer neighborhoods, EI, WP, FG, etc. I know that at one point I found a site that let me search by several amenities but now I can't find it again...

So, Disney villa vets - what advice do you have? My husband is set on a conservation view and lots of the other "goodies" - game room, spa/hot tub, grill, big TV...I had thought we might spend some time at the parks...

We stayed last year in a Windsor Park 3 bdrm townhome for under $600. It didn't have a barbecue grill or a private pool, but was otherwise wonderful. I searched through rentalo.com (very user-friendly), but ultimately found the deal for me thru vrbo.com. A word of experience...be wary of brokers. I nearly rented thru a broker, then found the very same rental (same address, exact photos) offered for a much lower price. Good luck!

Its so funny you said this. As we were researching villas for next summer we too began to get pickier. Now we want 4 bedrooms at least 2 baths, an extended pool deck with hot tub, games room, and a nicely decorated. Some of the villas are just not decorated how I would like and I am annoying myself on how picky I am becoming! Oh! I forgot the big screen TV LOL We think we found one, but now I need to get the cash to hold it quick before it is gone for next August

You can search for various different things on www.daystarvillas.com
Once you have found something reasonable you then just keep fireing off questions to the owner until you find the place that you want.
