Looking for a villa. Am i likely to find any 3 bedroom for less than 400GBP per week for the end of june, beginning of july?

What areas are recommended?

I stayed in southern dunes this year, but it was just a little bit too far a way from the action for my liking.

You should find a villa for around that price. We are staying in a villa new years week and paying 450 including the pool heat and hot tub.

I nearly always book from someone on the vrbo site.

If this is your price range you better start looking now as the cheaper deals will normally go early. Why not try sending a general email out on a few rental sites like www.lastminutevillas.net or www.orlandovillas.com - you might be lucky to find something that suits but remember this is the start of the high season

Depends how fussy you are but you can book thru sites like this, 3 bed townhouse from just over £200/week. 3 bed Villa from about £290/week. But you have little control over what you get, not like renting direct and you know exactly what you are getting.

You should be able to find one around that price.

Personally Kissimmee is the location I prefer, this way you are close to supermarkets, restaurants, just a short drive to Disney and the I4.

It can be frustrating looking for a villa, best advice is to take your time until you find the right one.

has anybody ever booked a tcd allocation on arrival villa? it only adds 100pounds per person onto the flight and car hire costs!

I am sure many people have , however, just my opinion but I would always recommend booking your own - this way you choose the home and the location too.
