Villa Pool Heat 10/29 - 11/5 ???

I know no one will be able to say for sure, but would pool heat be needed at a pool house during these dates. It seems as a general rule is is recommended Nov-Mar.

I don't think we needed it in late October but it was nice for the jacuzzi. I think they run off of 1 heater???

As a Florida native I prefer pool heat anytime early to mid Oct. But friends from the north seem to be much heartier than I am.

I need to ask is the questions posted by Cheap or Dale?

You can always add it if you feel you need to once you get there. I am from R.I. and my children swim as soon as we take the cover off the pool. The water is as cold as 60 degrees. I don't think we would need it. I on the other hand do not swim unless it is like bath water. It all depends on who is swimming?

We did not get pool heat once and we will never go without pool heat again reguardless of the time of year! The pool will be freezing if you don't get pool heat....

We needed it and paid for it at Easter in April and at Thanksgiving in November. We did not pay for it in mid May to early June and we were very sorry. OK for kids but my husband and I really regretted not having the pool heat. We just went again in early May and we did have it. It was wonderful to have the heat.

I would say you need it in October especially if you want to swim in the evening after you've been at the parks. Also if one is supplied be sure to use the pool blanket as it keeps the heat in overnight.
