Villa for 6

We´re looking for a villa that sleeps 6, near Disney. Has to have a good pool and shoudn´t cost more than $1000 pr.week. Turtles nearby would be a definate plus

Any recommendations?

Maybe the sheratan villas. We stayed there. The pool was super but I am not sure about the rate.

I found our villa on vrbo.com. It is in Davenport which is a 15 minute drive to WDW. It is 4 bd and 2 and 1/2 bath. It has a pool, game room. and also a deck that overlooks the lake. It's at Grand Reserve which is a gated community. The cost is $1200 for 8 days. The villa is alittle more luxurious than others, my Dh wanted something really nice. It also has a 42 ich plasma screen tv in it, and a tv and a dining area out on the lanai. If you have any questions you can PM me to ask. I can give you the number for my rental if you might be interested, it has pics so you can look at them. The owner of the villa Lin is a great person to deal with, she's from the UK.

Check out the 3br/3ba townhomes in Windsor Hills, all have pools, and should be in your budget. Rates do vary slightly by season in the area.... you didn't mention dates... Easter week for instance is typically very crowded and more expensive. We have seen bookings inquiries just skyrocket since Christmas, we're personally getting 100s of emails a day now... so I suggest you find something soon, it's all booking up very fast and the many of the best places at the best times are already all booked solid, we've also had guests telling us March/April peak times are all booked up on the WDW resort properties (don't know how true this is)...but we're definitely seeing a huge increase in traffic.

Our property management company told us this has been the busiest January for bookings he has seen in all of the years he's been doing this! I think this is great news, very good for our economy, but means you need to plan vacations a little earlier than usual.

Did you want a private villa, with a private full size pool? Or a townhome with a spa pool? Or a condo with a resort style pool? Lots of options available
