Villa Direct??

Has anyone used this company when booking villas/houses in Orlando? Any comments greatly appreciated!

**BUMP** I'd really like to know too? Looking at a 3bdrm townhouse at Windsor Palms for very reasonable price. Are they pretty legit? Will I be required to go to a presentation? Thanks

Well, we were going to use them until I won some auctions on Skyauction. But I had told my friends about that site and they used them for a 3 bedroom condo at Windsor Palms and were VERY happy. Well, all except for the hurricane.

I didn't actually book through them but saw the house we ulitimately rented in Windsor Palms listed on both villa direct and vrbo. On vrbo it allowed me to link directly to the home owners website and from there I could check availability, pricing, full virtual tour, etc. We loved the house and the owners and just communicated directly with them. I don't think you will have any problems using villa direct, especially for Windsor Palms. Quite a few of the homes and condos are listed on multiple sites.

Hi,
We have lots of experience with VillaDirect. They are one of the larger rental companies and do only rental. No sales, no real estate, which is quite unusual for these companies. They do a nice job. They manage several hundred high end homes that are by and large in the new developements south of Disney off of Formosa Gardens Blvd, and Old Lake Wilson Rd.

They are located just of 192 very close to Disney and the homes they manage.

They have been in business for longer than most of the management companies.

I think you will fine them to be totally trustworth if you choose to use them.
