I was surprised to see Kona Beer in most Massachusetts liquor stores, but then I noticed on the label that it was brewed in Portsmouth, NH. I prefer strong IPAs, so I end up ordering Kona Gold Cliff IPA at most Hawaiian restaurants.

Here now. Traipsed all over the resort to try to refill my mug. Was told we could only fill it at Ulu. This was a real drag since we were hanging on the beach and tried Off the Hook and the beach hut thing first.

Honestly, we’re not feeling it at Aulani this visit. Might try to switch hotels and take a loss since I’m sure Aulani won’t refund in any way.

It’s been one thing after another for us here. It’s even more glaringly obvious since we are coming off another stay last week at a true 5-star hotel. Aulani feels like 2.5 at best this time around. It’s not relaxing at all.
