can anyone suggest a place that has a seperate living room and bedroom area with a great pool and playground in Orlando?

Hmmm...Have you tried the Disney Vacation Club villas? you can either reserve thru Central Reservations, or rent points from owners. Also, I hear that Vistana Villages is nice, although some parts are still under construction, so I don't know if it has all the amenities of a completed resort.

The wife and I are staying at Cypress Point Grand Villas in December, Trip Advisor and other discussions here are all very favorible. The pools there are very nice. Hotel Kingdom offers the best prices for Cypress Point. http://www.hotelkingdom.com/HotelDetails.aspx?t=desc&hotel_id=1062

DH and I have stayed at Windsor Palms and we will be staying at Windsor Hills. Check out www.windsorhills.com There you can submit a general inquiry and the owners of the houses/condos will get back to you if your dates are available. They will also tell you the rate and direct you to their website or will send you pictures.
