viewing vacation Plans - multiple contracts

Anyone else having trouble viewing their upcoming vacations in dvcmember.com.

I have multiple contracts, and I think it's stopped working around 2 weeks ago.

I've called, and written several times, but they keep saying I'm just doing it wrong (the process has changed, but they haven't said how).

When I click view upcoming vacations, I just get a list of all my contracts, and not the upcoming vacations.

ex. xxxxx.0
xxxxx.1
xxxxxx.2

Anyone else experiencing the same.....

I can't seem to get DVC member Tech support to understand it's not working for me, even though I include screen shots of the problems.

From the main page, under "My Membership", click on "View Vacation Details". Don't go to "My Vacation Points" first.

Thanks. View Vacation Details did the trick....

Now I have to ask, did this change on me, or am I just imagining things.....? Didn't view my points used to work....?

If they did change it, it would have been nice to have some warning....

You can reach it by either direction. I have two separate contracts and a total of four sub contracts on one of them. All of the info for one contract is showing up and appears correct. None of the info is showing for the other contract (AKV).
 

I go to my vacation points first and then view vacation details and don't have a problem seeing my upcoming vacations.

I am having the same trouble. I noticed it as of about 2 days ago. I have been checking every day because I have a waitlist on contract #3 and I want to see if the W-L has been successful.
I can't get any vacation details to come up when I click on the "vacation details" link for my second and third contracts. However all the vacation details for the first contract are displaying correctly (including all the upcoming and completed reservations).

I tried the suggestion above From the main page, under "My Membership", click on "View Vacation Details". Don't go to "My Vacation Points" first. and it will only display the vacation details for the 1st contract....

(I have a confirmed ressie on contract #2, I hope that didn't get cancelled somehow...:scared1: )

I have an upcoming AKV concierge stay and have been communicating with both the concierge desk at AK and MS about a few lose items like requests, reservations. Both responded that the reservation was set and requests were in place. I didn't know about this issue but coincidentally the responses from them were at a time when any problems should have shown up if the system had "lost" the reservations. I wouldn't worry much about that part but do hope they get if fixed soon.
 
I just tried both ways to access my vacation plans, and only one trip shows up on my first contract. I also have a ressie on my second contract, which isn't showing up at all. I just received the written confirmation today, so I know it should be in the system somewhere :confused3

Same here, and it has been driving me crazy. I am also getting this message when I go to Vacation Details for one of my contracts.

This Contract requires your attention. Please contact Member Services at (800) ******** or (407) ********† for assistance.

I called MS and hit the # to get help with the website. The only suggestion I was given was to clear cookies :furious: She said she saw nothing wrong with my accounts.

Sure wish they would fess up when they experience these system issues.

I thought I'd check again today, thinking surely the issue would be resolved by now--nope, the trip on the second contract still isn't showing up, despite the fact that I have a written confirmation.
