VIEWING TICKET BALANCES ON MY DISNEY EXPERIENCE

Hi All!
Back to all the Disney aficionados on DIS for help with my technical difficulties..... I just linked 2 of our tickets on my disney experience, but can't find our ticket balances anywhere. I know that on these boards someone wrote about how they were able to see that they had a park day left on a ticket that they had just linked. The person I was on the phone with from DVC said that because 1 of the tickets was only fun passes it doesn't even list under the "My reservation and tickets " feature, but for the tickets that have park days on them, it lists the original ticket, but not the balances.
Can anyone direct a less than technical person through this process? Or is the feature os seeing your ticket balances no longer available?? With all of the features thats available on this site , i can't believe that you can't see balances....

It should be under Magic bands and cards. You used to be able to click on old passes and find if there were any days remaining. Hope this helps.

When I tried, no days showed, but the cast member could see them from " the back side" ??

That happens a lot I think I believe you can see the days left for only a short period and then they can only be seen by the cast members
