Viewing Illuminations after Candlelight Processional

I'm looking for some advice regarding viewing Illuminations. I'm taking my parents to the Candlelight Processional on nov 30th for the 8:15 showing. I've seen conflicting info on whether a separate viewing area is part of the dining package. Since there is a short amount of time between the show and fireworks, any suggestions on the best place to get to view Illuminations? My parents are in their 70s and while they are active I don't know how fast they can make it to other areas of the park

A reserved IllumiNations viewing area has not been included with the CP dining package for a couple of years.

As for find a spot, you will have approx. 30 minutes from the time the 8:15 show is over before IllumiNations begins at 9:30.

There are some of the best views just to the left and right of the American Pavilion. If the bridge in Italy is open for the general population (it can be rented for private parties and is often used for VIP as well) that is a great spot. You can scope out ahead of time if it will be available or not because it will be roped off around 7:45 to 8 if it is going to be used that night for VIP. If that isn't available you can go towards France or go to the 2nd story of the Japan pavilion and watch from there which will give you a mostly unobstructed view over the small trees in the area.
