Viewing Fireworks from the Resort

We'll be staying in a Tower-Water View room. Our first stay at CR--and first-time visit for my 86 year old mom who was recently diagnosed with dementia. I understand we will be able to view the electric water pageant from our balcony, but am wondering is there any general viewing area at the resort where you can watch the fireworks at MK? We won't have park tickets for our arrival day, but would still love to see the fireworks. Thanks.

On the 4th floor there is a small seating area outside with about a dozen or so chairs.

By lounge, do you mean the restaurant with the big meal,or like a bar/lounge type thing to get drinks etc ?

Not sure if it still available, but we have accessed the rooftop observation area. You have to climb the stairs in the corner of the building to the roof. Amazing view, but haven't done it in a few years.
