View Fireworks from outside MK?

We will be arriving at WDW on July 4th. While we do not want to fight crowds and attend a park that day, we would like to view the fireworks if possible. Is there a nice location at one of the resorts or restaurants to view fireworks in a less crowded atmosphere? We will be staying at Coronado Springs.

The observation deck at the Contemporart Resort is nice and they pipe in the music. So is the beach at the Poly.
