Videos - And the experts would say.....

Ok - I am thinking about getting a small, inexpensive, lightweight video recorder.

I prefer not to use my point 'n shoot or Cannon for videos.

What would you all recommend.

Thoughts please!
 
I have a Sony HDR-CX190 we got last year. I would call it a good all around video camera. My favorite feature is the stability control it has on it that makes my videos less shaky and possibly watchable. :rotfl2:

I think we got it for under $200 on Amazon.
 
Could go for a GoPro. Can get underwater shots and lots of accessories for different mounting options.
