I'm considering doing a bunch of video's while im in the park to keep record of our trip "home" :thumbsup2 I have a Nikon D90SLR which has a nice video feature but its a bit on the bulky side and isn't waterproof. Considering a GoPro but curious what others experiences are...........especially with the GoPro.

Ehhhh... take both?

If your plan is to take videos of the rides and such use the GoPro for that but use the D90 for better video quality/family photos.

I've taken a Canon T4i and 6D for videoing and have gotten phenomenal video of the lights at Christmas and various fireworks shows.

(If you're going to video the fireworks or park ambiance I'd recommend the Rode stereo videomic pro)
