Thanks for posting that video. We visited the museum last month, and it was stunning. The Disney family did such a great job telling Walt's story that you felt like you actually knew him personally after spending just a few hours there. My family and I enjoyed it tremendously.

If you won't be getting out San Francisco anytime soon, Pete posted my audio review of the museum on iTunes (dated 3/10/10) for those who may be interested. There are some "spoilers" in my review, so if you are going soon, you might be better off skipping it and just letting the museum surprise you.

The Walt Disney Family Museum that opened last year in San Francisco’s presidio has been featured on a local TV show. The segments were recorded peior to the opening, but they are very close to the finished product I saw last year. If you are interested in Walt Disney the Man, Father, etc the museum should be on your radar as a must do.



Location of the secret family storage for all these years......is at 2:22 into the video. Must have driven past that thing a hundred times myself.

I only live about 45 minutes from there but still haven't been to the museum yet. We'll have to do that this summer. They also have had talks and events held there that sound interesting.
