At the last minute, I was able to obtain a PS for V&A's on 1/16. After reading the reviews lately, I noticed that most offerings are one seafood and one meat selection. Is this typical? My DH is allergic to shellfish and will be fine if he has a meat selection for the appetizers and entrees. Or should I notify the restaurant ahead of time?

Thanks! I am looking forward to this meal. The reviews sound so wonderful. I am looking forward to the seafood, so between the two of us, we should be able to try many things. :Pinkbounc

I would call the restaurant ahead of time, just to be safe. It's not a cheap dinner, and you wouldn't want your husbands, and your, meal ruined if there wasn't something he could eat...

It would be a good idea to call just in case. But if memory serves, there is almost always at least one "meat" selection in each of the two appetizers, and the entrees usually have one poultry, one meat, and one "game" selection. Plus one seafood, of course.
I'm certain you'll both find something that will appeal to you.

I was lucky to eat here Dec 3 - if you read this review - I listed the entire menu for the night and at the bottom I listed the Vegetarian Menu - as I have the same problem with seafood - all I did was talk with Albert before started ordering
