I remember a huge sea scallop a few years back. I am not a fan of scallps at all! But it was so juicy and flaovorful! It just goes to show you, try it and you might like it!

I also remember a wonderful crayfish bisque! Mmmmmmmmm!
The last time my DH and I were at Vicotria & Albert's was back in October of 2003. I was newly pregnant with my second child. Unfortunately I didn't enjoy the meal like the rest of my group. We had my parent's and my Aunt down to Disney for the first time. I remember ordering the quail. Well it was presented with a fried qual egg on top of the meat. I just about lost it and had to leave the room. :lol: My DH says that the quail was wonderful. I wish I had been feeling well enough to try it back then.
We will be at the Chef's Table two weeks from Saturday!
