We are going to be dining at here on December 23rd. My husband will get the wine pairing and I will not.

My question is this. I do not like to drink but I like to taste the wine.

Can my husbanad order the wine pairings and I just taste some of his?

Thanks

I've tasted DH's food when I was there so I wouldn't see why you couldn't taste the wine. You can order wine by the glass without doing the wine pairings. Hope you have a great time! Write a report when you return. :)

They've even split wine pairings there.

You get half as much wine, but your wine is tailored to your meal selections.

However, if you don't want to go that way- unless your DH is defensive about his wine, why not?

We'll be there on the 26th!

Flower,

They can really split the wine pairings? That's great! I know my DH and I would love to try the wine pairings, but it's just too much. If they'd split it between the two of us, that would be great!

THanks for the info!

There wouldn't be any problem in you tasting your husbands wine, They certainly encouraged us to share each others food when we were there. you will have a great time, enjoy!

DD & I had dinner at Victoria & Albert's last Monday. We were able to share a wine pairing. Since she was getting married (at WDW) the next day, we didn't think a hung-over bride & mother of the bride was a good idea. The waitress agreed.

I wish we'd thought to split the pairings! That was a LOT of wine! About two courses in, I gave up trying to finish the wine lest I forget the whole evening!

What a wonderful evening, though.
