Victoria & Albert's question?

I see on the WDW site there are 3 options for booking dining at V&A's. One is V&A, another is V&A Chef's Table, and the 3rd is V&A's Dinner Queen Victoria Room.

I know what the Chef's table is and entails but what I am confused about is the third one I listed there, the Queen Victoria room option. Is that essentially the same as the "regular" V&A's but just in a different room???... or is that a special dining experience with a separate menu from the standard V&A?

It used to be you could get the 7 course or the 10 course in the main dining room, the 10 course only in the Queen Victoria Room, and the 10 Course with champagne toast and maybe other surprises in the Chef's Table.

Even though it is the same menu the price differs minimally between the regular room and the other rooms.

The QVR has only four tables. It is quieter and more intimate although there is sufficient room between the tables to have a conversation without feeling like you can be overheard. It used to offer a 10-course customized tasting menu versus the 7-course one offered in the main dining room where you had a choice of two items for each course. Now the menu is pretty much the same between main and QVR dining rooms. It's 8-12 courses depending on what the chef wishes to do, your food preferences/allergies, and what's in season. The main difference is that you get a lot more personal attention in the QVR.

We used to always book the main dining room but now prefer the Queen Victoria Room. There is, however, absolutely nothing wrong with the main dining room - which is lovely - and you can listen to the harpist there (you can only hear it slightly in the QVR when the door is open). QVR just feels more private.
