Chef Erich - smiling!!! Saw him again the next night at PftS - and he was smiling again!! I know I mentioned this before in one of the 10 or so VnA postings I have done, but I was never much a fan of dessert until Chef's offerings changed my mind. The breads are always outstanding and truffle bread-n-butter is always a delight!

I tried to get as many pictures of kitchen staff, but they contain guests, so I won't post them here. I'll have to remember at future events to ask Israel if I can do a quick posed picture of kitchen staff and front of the house so they can have a copy!

I should not look at V&A threads before I make dinner - I feel so inadequate I don't even want to go out to the kitchen!
