For those of you who have been to the Chef's Table at Victoria & Albert's or if you've read about it here on the DIS and have heard the name Chef Aimee...

I found this new video on WDWNews.com that has Chef Aimee Rivera demonstrating how to make Crab & Artichoke Cakes. Very cool! We can't wait to see Aimee again this December! She's an amazing chef and a very sweet person.

Yes, he is - but in all the times we've been to V&A, we've never met him. Chef Aimee has always taken care of us at the Chef's Table. Maybe we'll get lucky and meet Chef Scott this year. We'll be there at least 2x in the next few months.

We will be at the Chef's Table next month...the one other time we've been able to do that, Scott was our chef, but that was a Saturday, this time we're going on a Monday...I wonder if Scott has a regular schedule, and if so what nights he's off....does anyone know?
