You guys are the greatest! Thanks for caring and for the prayers. Both my dad and father in law have both said they are ready for heaven. My dad actually seems a bit better, but my father in law will probably not make it through the week. He is doing a lot of suffering and will be in a better place if he does leave us.

Thanks again for the prayers guys. My dad is still much better. The doc said today that everything checks out fine for him. He should be moving to a nursing home/rehab tomorrow. We are keeping his independent living apartment in an assisted living home. It'll be up to my dad if he wants to work to get his strength back so he can go back to his apartment.

My FIL isn't any better, and will never be. All we can do is watch and wait. Watching him suffer is so hard. He is such a sweet hearted man. Keep my wonderful MIL in your prayers. I'm just not sure how much longer she can stay strong herself.
