We just returned from WDW on Monday. One of our meals was at Via Napoli. We had the 1/2 meter pizza ($39) and the family salad for 5 ($4.00/person) and were not impressed with the food, the service or the prices.
The pizza was delivered to the table on a metal pan on a stand before the salad arrived. We had to plate the relatively small bowl of salad ourselves while the pizza continued to cool. I had an individual salad at Brown Derby for lunch that was almost as large as this one for five.
The restaurant itself is quite attractive with its high ceilings and pizza ovens. It is also very busy as one would expect of a new venue at EPCOT, but I don't think we will be returning there for quite a while.
