We have eaten at via Napoli several times and the Food has been great every meal. Have never tried tutto italia and was thinking of giving it a try next trip.
was curious for those that have eaten at both places which one you liked better.
we usually get spaghetti with meatballs and a pizza at via so assume we would get at least one of those at tuttos and maybe both.

And, I'll say the opposite.

We've eaten at Tutto Italia multiple times and had far better food than at Via Napoli. The complicating factor for us, though, is DH's peppers allergy. He can eat nothing but a pizza or salad at VN, whereas TI is much more flexible, not having everything baked or prepared in advance with peppers in the sauce.

If you're wanting pretty basic Italian-American food, VN will likely suit. Both TI and IM have more upscale items with ingredients like artichoke hearts that may be too exotic. Tutto Italia does not have pizza, as I recall.

We also found the atmosphere and decor of Il Mulino stark and "hotel" as opposed to Tutto Italia, which has colorful murals and sturdy home-like tables and chairs in dark wood. Tutto Italia's dining porch and room feel more like being in someone's home to us.

Service was much friendlier and attentive at Tutto Italia compared with Il Mulino which seemed understaffed and overcrowded when we dined there 3 years ago.

Maybe just different preferences as all three are good.

If you want pizza, then Via Napoli. If you want anything else, then Tutto Italia.
Agree with the pp, if you don't mind walking a short distance, Il Mulino is far better than either of the other 2 options.

We like the dining area better at tutto. Via just seems loud and chaotic. tutto seems a little more laid back.

Can’t really compare the food. We always get dinners at tutto and got pizza at via. The pizza was good though.

If you want Italian but want to venture away from pizza, I would recommend leaving EP via International Gateway and going to Il Mulino at the Swan - it's far better than Tutto, IMHO. If you want to stay in EP, I would stick with Via.
100% agree.
