Via Napoli thin crust pizza

For us, it was thin, but it wasn't crispy, but I wouldn't call it soggy. It was soft (cooked in a brick oven). It was soft with some charring on the bottom of the crust, but it didn't taste burnt at all. I enjoyed the pizza and would go there again.

I agree w/ Mr & Mrs DD. Thin, but not crispy. Definitely not soggy. I guess you can say the crust had a little "bite" to it and was delicious. My family & I will go back - no doubt.

Be sure to request one that isn't burnt to a crisp around the crust. Ours came looking very different from other tables. It wasn't soggy.

Tasty for sure , but as others stated, not a hard crust at all...Soft & a lil chewy..Tasty but different.....I think it has to do with the water or something, maybe the humidity?

we love thin crust (and brick overn) but were disappointed... ours was rubbery and charred which is a weird combo I Know! :(

For me its both crispy and soggy, which is how a Napoleon style pizza should be. It's crisp and charred around the outside, the crust overall has a bit of a chew to it, and a bit soggy on the inside due to the sauce and toppings. That may not sound good to everyone, but its perfection to us. It's usually easiest eaten with a fork or by using the "fold" method.
