We had dinner there on the 19th. When we walked up we were told it would be a 1 hour wait. We were pleasantly surprised to be seated in 1/2 an hour.

Beautiful, bright, open and spacious but still felt very warm and inviting. One of the most attractive restaurants we have been in at WDW.

Our server was excellent. Very friendly and prompt. But the timing is still a bit off. DH received and ate 1/2 his pizza before I received my appetizer.
Food: 7
I had the Arancini for an appetizer and the eggplant. DH had the Quattro Stagioni - eggplant, artichokes, prosciutto, mushrooms.
DD8 had the fruit salad and spaghetti and meatballs. DS7 had the salad and the cheese pizza.
The Arancini was good, not great. They didn't have a ton of flavor and definately needed more sauce on the plate. The eggplant was melt in your mouth tender and had great flavor. The pasta (as mentioned above) was more of a baked cake. Very dry and not much flavor. Dh loved his pizza. The toppings were amazingly fresh and flavorful. Very thin crust and not much sauce. The kids salad and fruit were outstanding. DS7 loved his pizza. This is not your typical kids pizza with the shredded cheese. This has melted pieces of fresh mozzarella on it. This might be a problem for some kids, but DS7 loved it. DD8 loved the spaghetti and sauce but didn't care for the meatballs.
We split Tiramisu (which was heavenly) and the Zeppole di Catarina (which none of us cared for because they were a little heavy had a very 'egg' like taste from the ricotta).
We would go back, but I would order something different but DH and the kids would order the same (minus the kids meatballs).
