Via Napoli - Can't make adr????

We are going to Disney in November and have just reached our 180 days mark. We have been able to make all of our adr's except at Via Napoli. We are a party of 9 and thought this might be the issue. But when we called Dining Reservations on the phone they said Via Napoli takes reservations up to 15 people. We have spoken to 4 different people at Disney and no one could explain or understand why we can't make this reservation. Has anyone else run into this issue and how did you resolve it?

Possibly it was just not loaded into the system in time for you to make your reservation.

Via Napoli seems to have limited seating times in general for October and November. There has been a lot of discussion as to the reasons this may be happening, but even the CMs on the dining line have no ideas. So, it may be that you are actually running into this issue as well, especially for a party of 9.

We just reached our window too so must be going same week and I have made ADRs there with no problem for 2 days. One of them I had to change times by about 45 minutes though when I didn't have to do that at more popular places like Ohana. Maybe they are going to have some Food and Wine special meals there and once they finalize the details they'll release what they don't need for those.
