Via Napoli and DELUXE dining plan

We will have the deluxe dining plan and according to previous posters, a child can order off the adult menu using the deluxe plan since there aren't "child" credits. Has anyone had experience with a child (DS will be 6) ordering as an adult at Via Napoli? I know they are the weirdest about credits.

VN is very strict when using dining credits. You can ask, but on page 2 of the 2016 DxDDP brochure it still says:

• Guests ages 3-9 must order from a children’s menu where available.

so they might require him to order from the kids' menu when using credits.
