VHS to DVD

Has anyone ever had a VHS tape converted to DVD? I've got a couple of those that it would be nice to do that with, but have no idea what companies do it. Anyone have recommendations?

I've seen advertisements in both Walgreens and Sams Warehouse Club. I would assume most places you can get photos developed would offer the service.
