VGF room request

We will be staying in a 2 bedroom standard view villa at the Grand Floridian for the first time. I'm thinking about requesting an upper floor room. Is there anything else I should be requesting? Are there any rooms with a terrible view?

In my opinion it is hard to find a bad view at VGF. Do you prefer a view of the main Gf lobby building and the fountain? Or do you prefer Shades of Green Resort, Senses Spa, Wedding Pavion, monorail, and parking lot.

This is what I want to know. I know at the hotel side there really isn't a room with a bad view, but I know at some resorts a standard room could mean a view of parking lots or dumpsters.

That's good to hear. Either of those views sound good. We would probably prefer the view of the GF lobby and fountain. I will definitely check out the link you provided. Thank you.
