We're lucky to be staying there in August. I have one concern with the noise factor in the rooms with the hardwood floors. I have read the rooms are not very soundproof. Can everyone that has stayed there give me an idea how bad it really is. Thank you in advance.:surfweb:

We stayed in a 1 bedroom last December and didn't hear a thing.

We just checked out of 1229 on Friday. We didn't have any noise issues. We were on the second floor, so there were plenty of floors above us. We didn't hear anything from above or next door. Loved it there.

We stayed in a studio and 1 br in the third floor for a couple of days then a 2 br on the sixth floor for the balance of the trip. The only sound I heard was while we were in the 2 br and the adjacent occupant's bathroom mirror tv was on on the other side of the wall - and even then it was muffled and I had to be standing right there, so it was nothing to complain about. What I did wonder/worry about in the 1 br and the 2 br was whether anyone below could hear the ottomans being rolled across the hard floor - so tried to keep the kids off of them.

We just checked out of 1524 last week (studio) and didn't hear a thing, the most (minimal) noise we heard was the monorails gliding by (patio faces monorail). Have no worries!:thumbsup2

No noise problems from the hardwood floors (1st floor studio), but we did hear our neighbors through the lock off door.
