VGF & Magic Bands

So what's everyone's thoughts on if VGF will have Magic Bands available from Opening Day? I personally think they will, but who knows... thoughts?

The Villas won't get them until the GF gets them, and the GF is not one of the Oct test resorts.

I posted this question awhile back and the consensus was no magic bands at VGF. However, there are rumors that full roll out will occur in November so I am still hopeful we will have them for our trip.
