VGC when to go?

We are planning on going to Disneyland sometime next fall. We will need a 2 bedroom for sanity purposes..lol.

Looking at going sometime between mid october and early dec. Is there anytime that will be easier to get a 2 bed at 7 months? At this point we would like christmas but the room is more important than season.

We will need weekends also. Going for a week. Getting 5 day tickets and then have 2 travel days.

The second weekend is the Avengers Half Marathon weekend and Veterans' Day. Which leaves the first weekend as the "easiest." -- Suzanne

A dedicated 2 bedroom is the easiest category to book almost any time of year. Lock-offs are the tough ones to get. Imo, I think you'll be fine with whenever you decide, so long as you book first thing in the morning, on-line, on the day your window opens.

Thank you. A dedicated is what we want. with an almost 4 year old and almost 1 year old we do not want a lock off at all. Booking first thing shouldn't be a problem.

General thought is to fly in on a Sat and home on a Friday. Hoping only one weekend night will be enough for night things that are only on weekend since there is no fantasmic.

Be aware that the first two weeks of November are in no man land between Halloween and Christmas. You will have attractions down because they're bringing down the Halloween overlay (Space Mountains) or because they're bringing up the Christmas overlay (It's a small world).
AND you don't experience any of these events.

If you're flexible with dates, I'd suggest to try for end of October. If you don't have luck, waitlist and then try to get early November. Once you have that, try to move the reservation later to the end of November.
