VGC refurb?

Honestly, I have no idea about the ADA rooms. All furniture should be replaced during the refurb though, and I can only imagine furnishing would be as good or better than what is currently offered.

We have only stayed in the ADA Grand Villa and one other time in 1 BR ADA room.

Based on the (old) carpet in that photo, I'd say it was a test room. Or a room where the sofa bed broken so it was replaced early.

Plus, I think the refurbished murphy couches are a blue or grey color, not orange.

Building Permit: BLD2023-04479
GCH - Suite 100 - Room 1508/1510 - Tenant Improvement: Install (2) murphy bed/couch systems with new wall anchorage.

Perhaps these are tests for upcoming renovation.
Anyone staying in 1508 or 1510, please post some photos

Anyone stayed in a renovated room?

I assumed I did earlier this month when the studio had a pulled down murphy bed in it.

I've been trying all month to get one October night (at 7 months), if the refurb is scaring anyone away it is certainly not evident in the bookings lol. Luckily, I have a hotel backup already.
