VGC- Grand Villa?

I'm aware that there are only two Grand Villas at the VGC. Has anyone here ever stayed in one of these units? If so, were you able to book at the 7 month window? Are both of these units Theme Park view rooms?

I've toured one, never stayed in one -- but have been often offered the Grand Villa when checking for availability inside of 7 months.

One over looks the Paradise pier area (and WOC), the second one overlooks the pool area and some of the Redwood Creek Challenge section of DCA.

I was thinking that, due to the astronomical points cost per night for the Grand Villa at VGC, it would be possible to book at the 7 month window. I'm hoping for a 2-Bedroom and a Studio for mid June 2012 but will take a Grand Villa if that is my only option.

Wow! That's interesting. I was thinking of booking one for a large birthday party and just assumed that I needed to do so at 11 months.
