VGC/Disney Hotel FP Summer Promo

Hi I just wanted to share I just called the Grand and the FP promo DOES apply to DVC guests too.


When guests check in at one of the three Hotels of the Disneyland Resort from June 3 to September 5, 2011, you will receive two Disney’s FASTPASS tickets for each person in your party per stay. Receipt of FASTPASS tickets is not dependent on any special package, all guests qualify.

I seen this yesterday too and thought it would be great to have such a thing in WDW but my guess is with way more than 3 on site hotels in WDW it most likely would never happen. However I wouldn't mind the opportunity to test it out.

That's so great as my family is checking in on June 3rd. I was hoping they would do something, but thought it would be that they would open the ride a half hour early for hotel guests the way they already open a part of DCA for hotel guests for World of Color fastpasses. I think this is much better since we can now go at our leisure.

This promo isn't actually a new idea. Several years ago when FP was first making an appearance at DL they gave FP's to resort hotel guests.

Whoo Hoo...the best part is that there is a special fastpass for Little Mermaid

Is this available for point stays? We have one night booked for August 3rd (waitlisted for 3 more nights after that--been on that list for months!), how can I find out about it?
