VGC Brochure in the Mail

Did you'all get the brochure in the mail for the Villas at Disney's Grand Californian? It's pretty cool.

It starts off with "The first big dream", "the first day", "the first sign of magic", and then "the first chance to be a part of it all".

Mike - did they send that to you because you just recently purchased VGC, or do you think it is a mass mailing like the BLT & THV marketing materials?

Also, I wonder how much they'll be targeting us East Coasters? Seems like most of the effort would be directed out west, no?

I got it also (on Saturday). I thought it was a mass mailing, but I did just add-on at VGC on March 25, so who knows?

ETA: Just looked at it again, and there is a cover letter that has the usual 'This advertising Material is being used for the purpose of soliciting sales of time-share periods.' So it looks like a mass mailing to me.

It's a mass mailing designed to encourage members to add on.

The cover letter says:

Yes, we got this as well and I thought it was really well done. I might even request an additional copy as I want to frame one of the sepia toned 8x10 historical shots they used.

Ours arrived on Saturday...it is a beautiful brochure IMO - and IMO much better than what they sent out for the Treehouses and BLT...but maybe that's just me and my DL roots?!?!

The must be hitting the western US with the tree house brochure - that's what I got today! I got the VGC one several weeks ago though.

We got the VGC mailer in February (founding members) But I have not gotten the THV mailer.

Received VGC today, THV on Sat.
I like them both.....thought the THV book was very clever.
