Veterns please help - need info about Seaworld/Busch Gardens....

We are looking at going next summer and buying a 3 park ticket, but I don't know much about either of these parks (or Aquatica).
1. What is there to do?
2. How is the food?
3. Is there a "touring plan" for these parks?

I can help with the Sea World. If into rides I would do those first and work shows around the rides. Then come back for a second day if have not seen everything. I love the all you eat plan at Sea World. It includes drinks/water fruit/dessert, entree every trip. You can go in just get a bottle water with your waist band if want. The cost 30 thirty dollars a day. It was well worth it in the summer just for drinks and bottle water a lone.
