Veteran's Day Week and Holiday Decorations

Question for the November travelers. The week after Jersey week, which usually includes Veteran's Day, are the Christmas Decorations up then? I know we would miss the Processional, would the Santas be out? I think that weekend is usually the end of F&W too, right?
